Ground-breaking recently began on Circle South Park, a 321-unit apartment
complex in Charlotte, North Carolina. Crescent Resources will spend an estimated $52 million for the upscale design. Once the apartments are complete next summer, Crescent will look to certify the Circle South Park complex with the U.S. Green Building Council.
Circle South Park will rise directly next to the popular Piedmont Town Center, offering studio, 1 and 2-bedroom options, with Moen fixtures, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, washer and dryer. The many planned amenities will include a saltwater pool, fitness facility, outdoor kitchens and a lounge area. Also adjacent to the complex will be a pond, walking trail and 2-acre dog park.
Contruction was financed by J.P. Morgan Real Estate and an equity investment with Crescent.
