Westfield Capital Partners have acquired the Mountainview Corporate Center, a four-parcel property on 27 acres in
Broomfield, Colorado, just northwest of
downtown Denver. The class-A office complex features 461,438 square feet, three three-story buildings and one four-story complex, with two of the four parcels having achieved LEED Silver certification. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed. The seller is Hines U.S. Office Value Added Fund.
Charles Elder, Hines’ senior managing director, said in a statement that the company has "enjoyed being the owner and executing our investment thesis of this terrific property for six years.” He added that Hines "looks forward to continuing to invest in the Denver metro area.”
The complex is 92% occupied, with tenants who include White Wave Foods, TransFirst, and Time Warner Cable.
