Lightstone Group, one of the largest privately held real estate firms in the U.S., has signed Maxx Fitness Clubzz to a 12-year lease at the Mountain View Shopping Plaza in
Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The new fitness center will occupy 16,500 square feet of the complex, which totals 188,000 square feet of office and retail space. Lightstone has created a great long-term portfolio in the plaza, where Maxx Fitness will join property-anchor Price-Rite Supermarket, H&R Block, a Family Dollar retailer, National Auto, Eckert Drugs, and a Pennsylvania Wine & Spirits.
Only one space is now available - a 3,000-square-foot unit that cannot be divided.
