As part of Watkins Land Company's 'Legacy Building' series, logistics firm M. Brock & Sons has signed a long-term lease in
San Bernadino County for nearly 554,000 square feet of industrial space at 26597 San Bernadino Avenue in Redlands, California--a project which is still currently under construction. The planned LEED-certified space includes a 108-foot high dock and 185-foot yard for warehousing, third-party logistics and distribution space.
Watson's Legacy Building series is a model to develop flexible class-A industrial facilities. All of the buildings in the series are modeled to offer maximum efficient operations for manufacturing and distibution centers. Colliers International represented Watkins in the deal, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented M. Brock & Sons. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed as of this writing.
Construction is expected to be completed at the end of September, 2012.
