| Most New Yorkers now that a great place to be in the Summer is the Hamptons!!!!!!! Located all the way out on the East End of Long Island in Suffolk County on the South Fork. THe South Fork extends all the way to Montauk Point- The End! The North Fork starts at Riverhead and goes out to Orient Point. Suffolk County is huge with a Pine Barren Region some towns such as Huntington, Farmingdale,. Massapequa and Cold Spring Harbor that border the neighboring Nassau County. THe LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) runs all the way out East! There are also luxury buses that take people out to the Hamptons for Summer Fun. Loads of Parks that are owned by the State of New York and by the county of Suffolk. Homes of every size and shape. Gated Communities, Co-ops, Condos, 55+ communities. Something for every buyer!
